I'm a fully qualified counsellor and registered member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy). I am able to offer face to face, video call, and telephone counselling for individuals of all ages and backgrounds, in a confidential and safe space in the heart of Llandudno town centre. I use an integrative style of counselling built on a person-centered foundation. An integrative approach allows your sessions to be tailored and adapted to you through an eclectic range of therapeutic approaches, models, and tools. While the person-centered foundation provides you with a non judgmental, empathetic, and attuned relationship that allows for a genuine connection to emerge and flourish.

I have over 12 years of experience psychologically supporting adults, children, and young people with their wellbeing and mental health. I began my career working in a PRU (Pupil Referral Unit) for young people who are experiencing difficulties relating to social, emotional, behavioural, mental health or attendance issues and this is where my passion to bring change to people's lives began. I pursued this further by becoming a School Based Counsellor within schools across the Conwy County area.
In this time I have also supported adults through a multitude of struggles and difficulties while being a volunteer with Cruse Bereavement and through my own private practice.
I believe everybody has the right to be listened to and I am here to be that emotionally available listener for you.

Payments are required to be made before each session. As an appointment time is reserved especially for you, please make any cancellations at least 24 hours before your session to avoid any charges. All cancellations made with more than 24 hour notice will be refunded the full amount of one session.
